How do i delete my account?

hi i've got a problem with my account. I Can't login to game called MysteryTale Online (and Don't forget too)
everytime i try, there is a "You can't login with the same name!" communique
i tried many thingns ...
Restart Game : "You can't login with the same name!" (15 times)
Restart PC : "You can't login with the same name!" (4 times)
Ask Admins for kicking me : "You can't login with the same name!" (they did it even twice in same time still)
Ask Admins to ban me 1 day : they refuse
pushed to this edge i decided to delete account :(
