Players can make persistent notes, that stay in world forever.
How I can save that notes? INI's work very slow.

The only way to do this is to use INIs. What part of the INIs is working slowly? They should be synced to other clients within a second or two.

Yep, problem was solved. I don't know that INI is show slowly only on website, but real INI file load very fast.
All works perfect, thanks for amazing service.
